Maya wasn't interested in trying the slip and slide but she liked to hang out at the bottom.

The slip and slide with a chillin' baby in the pool. Delaney has definitely been putting to good use the fashion show tent she got for her birthday. I have equipped it with various accessories and the girls go in and put some stuff on and then come out and dance. The Britney Spears tunes definitely helped and Maya danced a little with her cups.

We like to add even more fun to the backyard

Randy rigged up our own slip and slide in the backyard. Just your old hose pipe on the slide going into a baby pool. Delaney was a little nervous at first so I had to show her it was fun....and it was.

Because of my additional weight, versus Delaney, I would go flying off the slide into the side of the baby pool. Still fun.

Delaney absolutely loved it and did it over and over.....

Then we added additional fun to the mix and had Delaney slide down in between Randy's legs.

Side of da Porch

My girls will obviously play anywhere. With their PJ's on, they spent a lot of time one night on the side of the porch behind the bushes playing with sticks and then climbing up the side of the wall onto the porch. Good times.

Guns and Jasmine

Maya is now armed and dangerous in the pool.

Delaney has been getting more daring in the pool, jumping off of the stairs.

Nana decided to buy Jasmine for Delaney because Delaney had mentioned that Nana might want it for HER birthday. Delaney knew it was coming but after Nana's birthday party dinner I gave it to her the next morning. She was sooo happy! Her Disney princess collection is now complete....until Merida came along. Damn you Disney for putting out another Disney princess movie----although we LOVED Brave. Awesome awesome movie. Definitely need a Merida doll soon. :)

Chocolate Eggs and Pool Divas

My mom recently went to France for two weeks the poor dear...and brought the girls back some tasty chocolates. The favorites were the Kinder Eggs (sp?) which I remember from my trips to Europe. They are little chocolate eggs with prizes inside. Delaney definitely enjoyed hers.
