Tailgating

Randy and I went to a Sertoma club tailgate on Saturday night for the USC/Georgia game. It was awesome! For $50 a couple it was all you can eat and drink and big TV's to watch the game. What a deal!

Delaney and her cousins

On Saturday we went to Camden so we (translation: Randy) could help Big Dave and Tinker move and Randy could collect a lot of his dad's tools. They are moving from a big beautiful home in Camden to a new beautiful home that is being built and is a lot closer to us. Yay!!! Their current home has an enormous yard that requires a lot of work and they have had enough of that. They seem really excited and I am happy for them. Dave, Mandi, Morgan, and Davis were there too and it was great seeing everyone.

Delaney enjoyed Morgan's sippie cup more than her own.

The girls find their own sippie cups and have a chugging contest.

Getting a picture of the three cousins all looking at the camera is damn near impossible.

Peace out Davis.

They look sweet and innocent don't they?

Morgan and Delaney found a "stage" that is an open cubbie near the fireplace that is now empty.
"Shoes!"

Delaney, Davis, and Morgan play a ridiculous game of ball and Bubba and Nonna's that involved throwing the ball to no one, handing it to someone, and then running. It entertained them for a long time.

Girls Night Out for MH!

My friend Mary Holland's birthday was Friday so on Thursday night we went out to celebrate her big day. Those of us who are her co-workers were also mourning the fact that she is taking a new job soon and next week is her last week with us. :(

Last Pool Day :( and Labor Day

The Lees (Kathleen, Chris, Addy, and Emmy) came over for our official last pool day. The water was a little too cold already but we ignored that.

Addy and Emmy absolutely love Delaney and she feels the same way about them. No, Addy is not choking Delaney in this picture.

Snack time (a.k.a. num num) was had by the three girls and two excited doggies.

How many girls can fit in Delaney's mushroom? We are so testing the limits.

Delaney really can't believe her mother is sitting in there.

I can't believe I am either.

Delaney hangs out with her Grammy and Kathleen.

Addy gets the mushroom solo.

Delaney is not awake quite awake yet as I try to capture the two FSU girls on Labor Day morning. Tonight FSU plays Miami. Go Noles!!!!!!!!!!

Delaney wakes up a little bit as she realizes that Chik-fil-A is giving away free chicken sandwiches if you wear your team gear today. Thank goodness we wore our shirts today. Who knew!

Mini Nole reads with her daddy.

Check out that Farrah Fawcett hair.

Delaney wipes the floor with a paper towel and apparently loves cleaning like her mommy

Wii and Elmo

Delaney likes to play Wii golf with her daddy.

She takes it very seriously.

Not sure why I am posting this picture, I just think Delaney looks cute in her little short shorts. Every time I said to her, "Who is on your shirt?", she would get this big grin on her face and point to Elmo. She loves that silly red puppet so much.

New Camera!!!!!

We got our new camera on Friday and I am so happy!!! I know, I know...these next few pictures are not the clearest, but I was experimenting with buttons and adjusting things. This camera is so much better----it is like the original one that I dropped in the pool so many months ago. Randy was being a good model for me while I tried different settings.

Excuse the blur, but I had to capture Delaney sweeping. She loves the little broom and really gets quite obsessive about sweeping. Wonder who she gets that from???.......

I think she looks like a little ballerina in this dress.

Beer Pong and Karaoke

I love my adorable child.

We had a little get together with friends at our house Friday night. Delaney spent the night at Grammy's and we had a blast. There was beer pong and karaoke and swimming. Need I say more?

Trey got thrown in the pool. Oops!!! :)

Delaney tested out the karaoke before people came over.
Delaney is following in her momma's footsteps already with the love of the karaoke mic. As you can see at the end, Randy is called "momma". Actually, pretty much anyone she loves is called "momma" right now.
