My silly clean Roberts girls

Just some cute pics of little 'ol Maya.

Trying to get Delaney not to do that forced smile is a challenge.

This is what happens when I tell her to smile normally.

But then when I make her laugh that beautiful smile comes out.

Delaney practices her song that her class at daycare is singing for the Spring Fling performance.

Maya always gets so excited at meal times.

Bathing the two girls together is so much fun. Maya absolutely loves the water but gets herself into a little bit of trouble when she splashes or tugs at her sister.

The two girls can now take a bath together. It is always amusing. Maya gets her bottom pinched several times during this bath and it just cracks her up. We can't help it---her little bottom is so pinchable!!

Another girlie has a birthday

Delaney wearing her new Princess jammies.

Little Maya is my treasure troll.

The new crawler likes to put herself in fun spots around the house--such as underneath the piano.

If I haven't mentioned it before, I will mention it again--Delaney is the puzzle master. She loves loves loves to do puzzles and is so good at them. She has 24-50 pieces mastered.

On Saturday we went to our friend Kelli and Trey's daughter Carson's first birthday. There were lots of little kiddos there including Jillian, Drew and Suzanne's daughter. She was making a game out of delivering coozies (sp?) to people.

The kids made a game out of throwing a ball around in the "dining room" at the house. The shrieking in that room was deafening.

Delaney's Third Birthday Princess Party at Finlay Park with Sir Lancelot

Delaney wears a princess skirt and her homemade "Birthday Princess" shirt from her mommy and gets her big present---the Cinderella Castle from mommy and daddy and all of the princesses and accessories. I would have DIED when I was little to get this thing. She LOVES it.

The little princess playing with her princess toys.

Poor little Maya was sick on Delaney's birthday. It turns out after her doctor's appointment the next day that she had a double ear infection. Poor little dear. She was such a trooper and always happy that we never thought it was that. We just thought it was a little cold.

Delaney's birthday party was at Finlay Park and everyone wore their festive royal attire. Grammy had made excellent snacks and it was a beautiful day. Delaney's friends from school were there along with other close family and friends. We started the party at the playground and then a special guest--Sir Lancelot the horse and a carriage--arrived to take the kids for a carriage ride around downtown Columbia. The kids absolutely loved it and Delaney's face on the carriage ride was priceless--she couldn't stop smiling.

Addy and Emmi arrive at the party in their cute outfits.

Morgan and Davis arrive with their royal accessories.

The party area. We originally wanted to set up in the bandstand area. Upon arriving to set up for the party, I discovered that a gospel mission group does a service and feeds the homeless at the bandstand every Sunday at the same time as the party. Oopsie! I had checked with the park too and they just happened to forget that one teensy little detail.

Warren and his mom Lee.

The girls head off to see Sir Lancelot.

Drew and Eliza. Before the kids got on the carriage I took a picture of each of them in front of the horse. While we were on the carrigae, Randy took our new portable printer and made a little picture of each kid and fastened it to a cute little wooden castle. The kids then got to take their pics home in their goodie bags. How Martha Stewart of me!!

Everyone sings "Happy Birthday" to Delaney at her princess party before eating the cupcakes. Check out the bling on the pink cupcakes...love it.

Libbie's little sister Lucy enjoys the warm weather with her dad Fred.

Delaney loves her new handmade towel from Kathie. If it wasn't personalized on the back I would steal it!

All of the pics below were taken by Delaney's friend Abby's mommy Heidi. She is an excellent photographer and was so nice to share her photographs with me. They are beautiful and I especially love the close up ones of the girls. I didn't put captions on them because there were so many but I just had to share them all. I love the ones with Delaney and the tiara and the one of her blowing out the candle with me holding her. My little sweet is 3 now.

* I had to throw in this pic. My little sweet potato in the tub.
Maya loves her baths. Fever and all---this child is always smiling.
