Liz's wedding

Because my memory is so poor, I honestly can't remember if I already posted these pics but if I did...here we go again! Liz actually got married in October so these are a little past due. Liz is a dear friend of mine who worked with for several years. Her now sister-in-law is our neighbor so we are close to the whole fam! She had a beautiful outdoor wedding and we were so honored to be a part of it.

This was Delaney's first wedding and she was so excited to be a part of it. She LOVES Miss Liz and thought she was the most beautiful "princess" bride.

Delaney wouldn't leave Liz alone during the reception. She kept wanting to give her more and more hugs. It was cute...but we really had to remove her from Liz several times so Liz could greet the rest of her guests!!!

Aunt Maxie Visits!!!!

Poor little Maya. She hasn't been napping at home lately and just gets tuckered out. The potty is a very popular spot for a quick cat nap.

Aunt Maxie came for the weekend to interview at Palmetto Health for a medical residency. She is graduating from medical school in a couple of months and will soon be Dr. Darke!!! She is going into radiology and has six more years to go. Ugh....South Carolina was on her list because it is close to her boyfriend Ryan's family in Charleston and of course here with us! Her top choices are University of Chicago and Columbia University in NY but she interviewed at about 18 places! I know they would all love to have her but I would love to have her close!

These are all just random pics I had on my phone. I visited Delaney's dance class again. Delaney is so good and well-behaved in class compared to a lot of the other girls. It was a little bit chaotic but the teacher is great and Delaney was doing wonderful.

Delaney practicing her tennis before we signed her up for lessons. She started the next week and is doing awesome! Her teacher is really impressed that she is able to hit it over the net consecutive times. Delaney's backhand is quite strong because she loves swinging the racket with both arms.

We took Aunt Maxie while she was here to the USC basketball game against Arkansas. It was great and we won!

Maya LOVES to sing "Tomorrow" from Annie and will sing it very loudly wherever we are....over and over again. She also does a little Wizard of Oz at the end. Truly hilarious.
