Juliet Turns a "Charming" 32 and Delaney becomes more Independent

Running and Playing

This weekend I ran in the Ray Tunner 5K race at the old USC baseball stadium. It was awesome running over home plate! This is the first race I have done since before I was pregnant and I really did good. I came in 16th, got first in my age division for women, and had a time of 26:29. I was so proud of myself and now can't wait until the Turkey Day 5 miler!

Randy and I always get really amused when our entire family is in one room. That means me, Randy, Delaney, Tyson, Olive, and Mia. It is a rare treat. Usually one animal is trying to get another one and there are growls and meows and lots of other fun noises. We decided we wanted to capture the moment so here we all are---that's my foot to prove that I am there too.
Watch out SAWWWS. The youngest member can totally kick your ass. Yo yo yo.

SC State Fair

This weekend Randy and I went to the SC State Fair with Trey, Kelli, and Stella. We had a great time and basically stuffed our faces the entire time.




Stella, Kelli, and I got SOOOO excited about getting our picture taken with the two seals. One was named Stella!!!!

Gap is doing this casting call for cute babies and I totally entered this picture in the contest. How adorable is Delaney all wrapped up for our morning walk?

On another note, Delaney's teacher Angela says that Delaney should have been a redhead because of her deviousness. My angel?

Delaney responds to Palin's comments during the VP debate

I don't think I have ever laughed harder in my life---and not at Delaney either. From the line "We both love Israel" to the "nuclear weapons would definitely be the end all" to saying "O'Biden"---it was priceless. I feel a little more at ease now.
