| On Miranda's last night in town, we did our annual family dinner at the Japanese steakhouse Sato. We pretended it was Miranda's birthday (even though it is in September) and we gave her presents. In lieu of a birthday hat, she wore a Happy New Year crown. Yep---that's my silly 'ol family. |

| Mom ordered sushi and had mini octopus. Maya decided to pick it up and give it a nibble. |

| Maya basically ate the entire two hours we were there and had everything on my plate including onions, zucchini, chicken, etc... |
