More Easter, mom's birthday and SOLAR BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then the discovery of the Easter baskets inside the castle!!!!!

The Easter bunny brought Cadbury creme eggs and they didn't go over so well with the girls. Oops---did the Easter bunny remember that from last year? Darn...now Randy and I get to eat them. Hee hee.

Because my mom's birthday is on April Fools Day---we decided to do a birthday/April Fools Day treat this year. Mom has gotten into a habit of giving me and Randy solar lights basically for every holiday and just on random days. We have Halloween ones, Christmas ones, regular ones, and recently received Easter ones. We have ammassed quite a collection of the little suckers. So---the fam went out to dinner at Rockaways to celebrate mom's birthday. Randy dropped me and the girls off and headed off to mom's to "solar bomb" her front yard of every single solar light we have. The result is shown above. The random placement of the lights is what does it. At night it looks like an airplane runway. SOLAR BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!! (The best part of all of this is---it is now April 26 and the lights are still there.)

The fam at Rockaways. We couldn't decide on a "nicer" restaurant to go to so I picked Rockaways. It was honestly one of the best family dinners we have had in a while. Great service, big table with no one around us, yummy food, happy children who ate all of their food....it was awesome!!!

After eating chicken fingers, corn pups, and french fries, Delaney proceeded to devour the ice cream cake. That's my girl. Maya basically did the same thing...chowed down.

After dinner, Delaney beat up on some Silly Stan at air hockey.

We followed mom home to see her reaction to the Solar Bomb. She got quite a kick out of it.

Gotta love SC----it was spring then winter again within 2 days.
