Beach Vacation Day 6

Because me and the girls are always the first ones up in the mornings, we took the opportunity to head out early to the beach to look for seashells. No changing clothes or anything---it's beach pajama time!

A little patriotic moment on the beach---seeing as how it is the Fourth of July.

We didn't find any good shells on our outing but we did find a floudering fish on the beach that we scooped up and tossed back into the ocean. Our work here is done.

My swimming beauty.

My other little beauty.

Steve and Eliza

Me and the little one playing with her dolls. Maya, here on day 6, is still a little nervous about the ocean. Doing great at the pool but will only slightly put her toes in the ocean and that is all. She LOVES the sand at the beach though so she is perfectly happy.

Delaney here is either 1) destroying these kid's castle or 2) flirting with older men. I don't really like either option.

The patriotic Crosbys.

The patriotic Roberts

The patriotic Eliza

There were some old Navy fighter planes that were flying down the East Coast in honor of the Fourth of July. They went by overhead and the whole beach was standing up and waving their flags. It was really a touching moment. Maya got really into it and was just waving and waving. Too cute.

Between the Roberts and Crosbys family pics I would just like to point out that we are all color coordinated for the 4th of July. Yes--we are all that cool.

The doodles got a little sunburned on her cheeks so wore her daddy's hat for some shade.

Maya basically sings 24 hours a day and she entertains the pool by a little singing of "Tomorrow". Her other numbers are all other Annie songs, every Princess song (mostly Sleeping Beauty and Snow White) and nursery rhymes.
