Beach Week Day 3

An early morning seashell walk with my Delaney. I went for a good run and then came back and we went on a little walk together. I so cherish time with my doodle bug. It always seems like I have more one-on-one time with Maya, which is wonderful, but I love times like this with just me and Delaney.

My little swim cap girl again.

Being silly with daddy.

One of my closest friends Christy from graduate school was also at Garden City this week with her family. Strange and random coincidence! We went to their beach house to spend time with them. Christy's niece and nephew, Coley and Calissa were there and Maya and Calissa had a lot in common....random singing and hats and doing odd tasks.

Me and Christy Altman who next week will be Christy Spencer because she is getting married! Hate we can't make the wedding but we had other plans. Love this girl!

Look at this gorgeous setting! House on the marsh will pool added last year. This is heaven!!!!

Maya just humming and paddling along and cleaning while in the pool. She did this for 40 minutes. I do love her little swim capped self.
On the balcony with binoculars.

My little pumpkin.

Silly face

Mad face

Surprised face

Scared face

Happy face

Who you looking at face?
Maya being just a "little bit silly".

Kel-Z and Jackson came to visit us again.

The girls sing and Jackson entertains during a little rainy time on the balcony.
Delaney did this jumpy thing at the Garden City arcade area two years ago and loved it. It made my mom and Nana crazy but that's okay.

Delaney did this two years ago and here she is again. A little apprehensive at first. And she flips!

Delaney was definitely a little more nervous this go round. Randy kept saying "I can't believe we paid for her to only go two minutes". I said: "She asked to stop". Sweet girl. Sometimes she isn't as brave as she thinks she is.

Little miss diva just watched the bouncy thing. Love her but don't think she will ever be brave enough.

But she can jump with her daddy all day long.

My little dancing girl.
Playing in the arcade at Sam's Corner is always a special treat,

Is she 99 cents? For real??

Grilled cheese at Sam's Corner

And a huge cookie.

Basically how we all feel after eating Sam's Corner food. That's why we go once a vacation. Grease grease and more grease. But they did have some lovely $2 screwdrivers, Love the beach.

Our annual beach arcade pic. Maya's face on bottom left corner is priceless.

Playing in the little toddler gym area at Sam's Corner arcade. See the two band aids on feet? Yeah---well that was the shoes that were too small that Maya insisted on wearing and then caused her to have meltdown in ocean because of blisters. Sigh. Always something with this sweet OCD sensory child.
Who knew Sam's Corner had a perfect little play area for Maya?
