Charleston and The Nutcracker

Maya knows how to sing the alphabet song now---and sings it often---and loudly.

We went to Charleston to visit Renee and Jack for the weekend. Maya put on a tiara that we crafted and wandered around singing.

Doesn't she look like she is flipping the camera off? Bad girl.....Oh---and not on subject. You know that rapper Lil John who goes...WHAT??!!! Yay---uh!!! Oh---kay!!! Well-the girls do that often. Loudly. In public places. My two little white girls. Hee.

Dave brought his kids to Charleston also and on Saturday we found a local "park"....for lack of a better word. Davis loves Maya and they were too cute.

There was a little boat there that the kids loved playing in.

Delaney will snuggle up to anyone that has an electronic device.

Davis got a Nerf gun set and we all had a blast playing with them outside.

We played a little zombie war game---here is Morgan playing a zombie. Randy and I are a little obsessed with zombies since watching The Walking Dead. I think it has transferred to the children....oops...

Jack took all of the kids on tractor rides and they LOVED it.

On Sunday when we got back Maya was a little tired and fell asleep on the potty. My little sweet girl.

I took Delaney to see the Nutcracker Sunday afternoon.

Delaney wore a beautiful Nutcracker smocked dress that was a pass-on from Lynn and Jean. Jean rationalizes spending lots of money on her granddaughters clothes because they will go to Delaney. You rationalize there Jean---I'll take it!!!
