Christmas Cookie Party

Delaney's friend Sally had a Christmas cookie decorating party at her house. Because her mom Raven and I and all of the other moms have gotten quite close---it was really a party for all! There was pizza for dinner along with lots of other fun snacks and wine for the big girls.

All of the girls had such a good time decorating the cookies. They were definitely tasting as they were going.

Trying to capture a picture of all of the girls in front of the Christmas tree was a little difficult...especially since they had just had a lot of sugar from the cookies. Please excuse the millions of pics of this---I just thought they all were hilarious.

Here is where they all started to jump up and down shouting "Cheese!" because that's what we all were saying to get them to stand still and smile for the cameras.

The only boys at the party were Jake (Sally's little brother) and Charlie (Callie's little brother). I believe it was my child who instigated the remove all of your clothing part of the dressing up portion of the evening. The other girls put their princess costumes on over their clothes but little free-spirited Delaney just strips down and goes for it. The other girls began following suit and I guess Jake and Charlie just wanted in on the fun. 

 

 

Thank you so much Raven for the fun night! You went all out with the cookies and little handmade aprons for the girls. Nights like this are so special and Delaney is so lucky to have wonderful friends and I am so lucky that these friends have wonderful moms!
