Ballet Observation and Zoo Field Trip

Parent observation in Delaney's ballet class. Her teacher Mrs. Betsey is amazing and loves the kids but is also strict with them as well in that ballet sort of way, making them say "Thank you Mrs. Betsey" at the end of every class. Delaney loves her!

Delaney at the barre at parent observation day during her dance class.

Doing their white cat part for the Peter Rabbit ballet during parent observation day. I was so proud of Delaney! My little ballerina. And she is the youngest in her class and really keeps up with the big girls, some of which have been doing it for a couple of years.

Delaney wearing her white cat costume for her upcoming Peter Rabbit ballet.

The shirt says Grrr-umpy. You think?

Kindergarten field trip to the zoo. I was in charge of Delaney and Dariyana.

My two were brave girls at the bird hands on exhibit.

While Delaney was a tennis clinic one day Maya and I took the opportunity to walk near the lakes looking for ducks. We didn't find any but I remembered how much I loved living in this area. If it wasn't for the darn school being crappy and no young kids, we would have stayed. I loved walking to those lakes...so beautiful!!
