Snow and Dancing

What you see here is our snow we got this year. Yes---the schools were delayed because this is how we roll in SC but this little sprinkle and dusting was it. We played in it for about 10 minutes before we were all bored.

This was Delaney's second year doing the Junior Carolina Girls dance clinic. She spent the entire morning learning a routine with the Carolina Girls in order to perform in the halftime show at a men's basketball game.

Delaney was so adorable to watch. She really had learned the routine and was all smiles and happiness out there. Is there a possible Carolina Girl in our future?

Valentines Day and surrounding fun

Acceptance letters from Columbia City Ballet to be in their production of Cinderella!!! The girls were both cast as dragonflies in the Friday night performance. Congratulations girls!!!

Now off to Brennen for Delaney's Valentines party! The kids all sent in shoeboxes and the other homeroom mom and I wrapped them in paper and put holes in the top for the kids to have boxes to place their Valentines in. They then decorated their boxes in class.

Jordan and Marshall-----possibly the world's sweetest seven year olds. I could steal both of them.

Seeing Pete the Cat at a USC Women's Basketball game was a special treat.

Nutty went with us to the game. I can't remember the opponent but our women's team is incredible and they won!

My sister Maxie sent me a text one morning that showed her car temperature in Pittsburgh at around 4 degrees. I sent her this pic back---it wasn't that much warmer here! 14 degrees? Brrrrrr.....
