Can't believe it's October!!!!

Another crackhead moment for the D bug. The guest bed was at least put together at this point but we hadn't made it yet and Delaney just curled up on the mattress and used that lovely old egg carton mattress as a blanket.

So happy our new house has a playset too because the girls LOVE to swing.

The new house also has Mexican petunias like our old house had and Delaney has been trying to chase the butterflies that like to spend time in the flowers.

These soccer pics show Delaney briefly on the field. She enjoys soccer practice and seems really excited to get her jersey on and go to "play" soccer but then she gets a form of stage fright once we get there and mostly refuses to get on the field. I don't know if it is the other team that freaks her out or really what it is. She will sometimes wander out on the field if Randy or I are with her but usually likes to sit on the sidelines and eat snacks and whine a lot. We are going to try new strategies such as not bringing Maya or maybe just one of us bringing her to see if that helps. I think it is all tied to the move and Delaney still having trouble adjusting. Hope so. Right now soccer is a new form of torture.
