Kiawah Trip

Looking pretty cool with her headphones watching a movie on the way to Renee and Jack's.

Playing outside.

Maxie and Ryan were going to see Ryan's parents in Kiawah the same weekend we were there and his parents invited us to come to Kiawah Beach Club for the day. It was truly a magical beach experience. Dave and Davis and Morgan were there as well and the beach was gorgeous with little boys who brought you towels and water with lemon and there were chairs and it was oh so lovely.

A little boogie boarding with Aunt Maxie.

Maya and I went on the hunt for some shells. There were some great ones at Kiawah and Ryan's mom found us a sanddollar!

Ryan and Maxie

Dave in his spot.

The pool area was great at the beach club.

The big kids tried out the diving board.

Delaney trying out the diving board at Kiawah.

Ryan's parents treated us to lunch which was so nice. It was like we were royalty for the day!

Maya trying out the ocean.

Maxie, Randy, and Delaney took an ocean kayak out on the water. Luckily Maya requested a bathroom visit so I didn't have to see the result of what happened. (Maya still doesn't get the peeing in the ocean thing). They got a double wave that him them and the kayak flipped over, placing Delaney right underneath it. Luckily she had on a life jacket and she was fine but Randy said he got superman strength and threw the kayak off of her. She had a big bruise on her bottom but only cried a little and was fine.

Fishing on the boat.

Playing with princesses and watching a little movie on the boat.

Two silly cousins making faces on a boat.

My beautiful girls---one in a choke hold. :)

Me and my boo

After kids went to bed on boat there were some lights that Randy and I saw that were soaring slowly horizontally across the sky. I thought they were light up hanggliders-----like that is a real thing. Randy thought aliens. We took some pics to capture the moment.

Randy and I saw these lights while we were hanging out on his parents' boat. They were far off in the distance and just kept coming off of the horizon. I think it was light up hang-gliders....or maybe aliens.
Maya loves wearing the little bathing cap with her '50's style bathing suit. Randy thinks it is horrible. I think she looks absolutely precious.
